I wash my boys soft toys by hand and put them in the dryer…his hard toys in the dishwasher. I wipe his exersaucer, etc. down with disinfectant wipes. Hope this helps!

If you have a dishwasher, you can place them in there. I wash all plush toys in the washing machine. Before I had a dishwasher I would spray the toys with Lysol, let it dry, and then hand wash them with dish soap to remove all of the chemical (dish soap is obviously non-toxic).

for the hard surface toys. Follow the inx directly
wash anything that is soft in hot water, for plastic toys I use the Clorox Anywhere Spray. I love it, it is safe around kids and animals and kills 99.9% of germs.
The toys that can be soaked in water soak them. The other toys I would just use Dish soap, it’s, mild and you wash your babies bottles with Dish soap.
Wash soft toys with hot water in the washer. Hard plastic toys can usually be boiled or you can use a diluted solution of vinegar and water. DON’T spray that horrible Lysol spray all over his toys!!!! You wouldn’t believe how many people I’ve seen do that. If you have it, you could also use a Bio-Green cleaner, they’re non-toxic and biodegradeable (which is good for the environment).
And relax, remember, he can’t get the same virus twice. So even if he puts those toys in his mouth, he won’t get sick again (although another child could).
try fenreeze on soft surfaces and let it sit a little while and use disinfecting wipes safe for kids on the hard toys
I use diluted vinegar. It’s antibacterial, and it’s not going to hurt him to get it in his mouth. Spray down/wipe hard toys, and put stuffed animals in the washer with some vinegar too. It kills germs, and gets out any odors, too!
