Question by Bebe: Which Thomas the Engine bed is good for 3-1/2 year old? Little Tikes or KidKraft?
I want the bed to last as long as possible. The Little Tikes says from 15 mos. to 5 years and the KidKraft says 36 mos to 7 years, but both say they fit a standard crib mattress, so how is this possible? Anyone have any experience with these beds?

they may have a weight limit. the one with a higher age might be made of stronger stuff.

personal experience I had the little tikes bed and it worked out great. It also has a convenient book shelf and a toy box at the end of the bed. Good for night time story books and favorite toys.
